Enemies marked by Basic Attacks have a chance to summon Lightning Lure and deal Lightning DMG. Red Orb pings have a chance to trigger Lightning Lure. After Lightning Lure is triggered 4 times, the next Lightning Lure will summon Ex : Lightning Lure, dealing Lightning DMG and healing allies within range.
