Introduction
The frame "he" created in order to save Noan. It weighed only 41.3 kg at first. A lot of deteriorated parts were used to restrict the movement of the user. Babylonia remodeled it to ensure everything could run smoothly.

Engine Charge: Any 3-Ping + Tap Basic Attack repeatedly
After casting a 3-Ping, tap Basic Attack repeatedly to charge the Rising Engine. When the tapping stops or after a certain period of time, Noan: Arca will perform Extreme Combo based on the color of Signal Orbs pinged, dealing DMG based on the current Gear Level. Unleashing the combo will consume all Rising Energy and enhance the combo DMG based on the charge progress. The Rising Energy charge progress will then be converted into Target Speed.
Extreme Combo: Tap Basic Attack repeatedly to unleash combo
The next time an Extreme Combo is unleashed, if current Rising Energy exceeds Target Spin Speed, Gear Level will increase by 1.
Strike Rising Attack: 3rd Gear + Unleash combo
If Extreme Combo is unleashed at maximum Gear Level, Noan: Arca will launch Strike Rising Attack instead with increased Extra DMG Bonus. Target Spin Speed and Gear Level will be reset to 0 afterward.
