This is a new specialized frame developed by the Science Council, based on further validation of the Phantom Tracer. It can disrupt Punishing information to some extent, effectively weakening its influence.

Specialties

Resistance Reduction - Able to reduce the Resistance of enemies.
Raydiance - Skills can trigger the Raydiance Effect.

Raydiance Raydiance - When plasma is focused by the crystal cluster, the micromitter matrix unleashes it if the electric arc is constrained, producing the "Raydiance" effect, which deals massive damage to targets in a short time.

Changing Tides

Bianca: Crepuscule enters the battlefield in Twilight Form. She can only ping Red Orbs and the Blue Orb in Twilight Form, and she can only ping Yellow Orbs and the Blue Orb in Radiance Form.

Commandment

Casting certain skills grants Commandment. When Commandment is full, Blue Orb becomes available.

Abyssal Expansion: Twilight Form + Press and Hold Dodge

Bianca: Crepuscule cannot trigger the Matrix by successfully dodging attacks when she is in Twilight Form. However, pressing and holding Dodge allows her to perform a Matrix Simulation and activate Abyssal Domain.

Repelling Guard: Radiance Form + Press and Hold Dodge

Pressing and holding Dodge in Radiance Form will enter Repelling Guard - Charge, during which Bianca: Crepuscule continuously gains Commandment and Super Armor. When she is attacked during Repelling Guard - Charge, Dodge Gauge is consumed to dodge automatically, up to 3 times. Afterward, attacks will instead be blocked automatically, and Bianca gains 20% DMG Reduction when blocking. When the maximum duration is reached or Dodge is manually released, Bianca casts the corresponding skill and deals Raydiance DMG.

Effect: Raydiance

Accumulates Raydiance Gauge. When the gauge is full, Bianca can enter Radiant Baptism Form by casting certain skills and gain 10 stacks of Radiant Crown. Some skills consume Radiant Crown stacks and grant enhancements while triggering Radiant Embrace to deal Raydiance DMG.
