To quickly strengthen frontline combat power, the Arctic Route Union launched the "Keen Spear" protocol to develop this weapon. On the blueprints, it gleamed with polished alloy and brilliant energy flow, looking every bit like a powerful weapon. But once it entered mass production, soldiers quickly discovered a flaw. Its energy modules overloaded easily, and the aftershock from each strike damaged not only the enemy, but the weapon's own structure as well. After just three months of service, high maintenance costs and constant failures forced it to be replaced by newer protocol weapons. It was remembered as a brief and costly misstep in weapons development.

Then light a fire in the endless night. It will burn through frost and snow and turn darkness into dawn.
Snow covers the old wounds, leaving only pale scars behind. But people return and light fires there once more. From there, industry and civilization keep flowing into even more barren lands, following the light of fires and lamps.
