If the carrier is Vergil, the Netherworld Arm will enhance Devil Hunter Skill - Blistering/Heavy Rain Blades and Devil Hunter Skill - Storm/Spiral Blades.

After casting Mirage Blades' Active Skill, the carrier's Extra DMG Bonus increases by 5% for 8s. Duration resets every time it is triggered. Vergil will also trigger this effect when casting Devil Hunter Skill - Blistering/Heavy Rain Blades and Devil Hunter Skill - Storm/Spiral Blades.

Judgment Cut End's Base DMG increases by 50%. Upon entering the battlefield for the first time or casting Judgment Cut End, Mirage Blades can get ready for a joint attack through Sin Devil Trigger. Upon casting Million Stab/Yamato Combo's triple slash, Mirage Blades will cast Blistering, dealing 375% Physical DMG 8 times. Upon casting Judgment Cut/Uppercut/Beowulf Combo's 5th hit, Mirage Blades will cast Heavy Rain, dealing 600% Physical DMG 5 times.

People who just get to know Vergil often confuse Mirage Edge with Mirage Blades, but Vergil doesn't bother to explain.

Background II

In fact, Mirage Blades and Mirage Edge work in a similar way but serve for different purposes. Mirage Edge is used by Vergil as an alternative to Force Edge mainly for melee attacks and sometimes for dual-blade attacks with Yamato, while Mirage Blades are used for ranged attacks.
